What better way to kick off methinks than with a fabulous Restaurant opening in the heart of Potts Point. With only four weeks and a super slim budget this project was a quite challenge for The Debra Cronin Design team but we rose to it and we (mostly) enjoyed every minute of it!!!
It is what I would imagine it would be like if you were in a jumping castle of creativity. Grant King himself is like a modern mad scientist who happens to be an absolute genius in the kitchen. We have reflected Grant’s personality in the design of his new restaurant Gastro Park – a playground of fine food that opened its doors on Wednesday April 20th.
I especially love, love, love the lighting!! Definitely my personal favourite of the whole design. After sourcing far and wide we found these amazing fittings, it was such a treat to see them in situ in all their splendour.
Another mention and HUGE thank you, must go to the fabulous team at Tim Olsen Gallery who produced some glorious artwork and to our team of amazing and dedicated helpers.
